History
I started learning Pilates with my husband.
The sensation of my whole body heating up and feeling energized after a session was very impactful.
At the time, there were no studios in my local area, so I commuted to studios in other prefectures.
With the desire for local residents to experience Pilates, I opened a studio in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture in January 2021, which was the first studio to introduce machine Pilates there.
Currently, I am fortunate to have my husband and other staff members, and we conduct daily lessons while encouraging and supporting each other as instructors.

Studio Concept/Features
"Awaken Your Sparkling Self with Pilates"
Pilates Studio Glow's concept is to help clients restore their sparkling, wonderful selves by making their bodies and minds healthy through Pilates.
We offer private lessons or small group lessons (up to 4 people), focusing on each individual to achieve more effective results.
Clients range from teenagers to octogenarians, both male and female, and a wide variety of people enjoy Pilates.
In March 2025, we opened our long-awaited second studio in Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture!
Going forward, we hope to energize local residents through Pilates at our two locations.

I learned about TOESOX when my instructor recommended them to me when I was attending a Pilates studio outside of my prefecture.
Compared to exercising barefoot, the grip makes it easier to feel the ground and apply appropriate pressure to my feet, allowing me to concentrate better on the exercises.
Also, I became a huge fan of the cute designs that change each season!
Especially for machine Pilates, foot stability is extremely important, and when the studio opened, COVID-19 was prevalent, so I decided to introduce them because I felt they were more hygienic than bare feet.

Everyone's reaction is very positive, and popular designs sell out quickly!
The Disney collaboration products are particularly popular, and sometimes people even wear matching socks during group lessons!
I feel that having socks is very effective from a safety and hygiene perspective, as they prevent slipping.
When I recommended ToeSox to clients who had been exercising barefoot, the way they used their foot muscles completely changed, and the overall precision of their exercises improved.
Also, choosing a favorite design from a wide selection helps with motivation and facilitates communication among clients.
