About Your Order

From Order to Delivery
    1. Order Products
      Orders placed by 9:30 AM on weekdays (by 12:00 PM on weekdays for next-day delivery) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be processed on the next business day.

    2. Automatic Email Delivery
      ・Once you place an order, you will first receive an automatic email from our store with the subject line "Thank you for your order (Order Confirmation)".
      ・After that, we will check the stock and send you an order confirmation email from our store.
      ※This email is automatically sent by the system. If you reply to the "Thank you for your order (Order Confirmation)" email, we will not be able to confirm it due to system limitations. Please note that if you have any important messages, you must reply to the email sent by our staff or contact us directly.

    3. Order Acceptance Confirmation Email Delivery
      ・An email confirming your order details will typically be sent from our store on the next business day after your order is placed.
      ・This email will include confirmation of your order details, payment method, and estimated delivery date. Please note that if our store is closed for weekends, holidays, New Year's, Obon, etc., the email may be sent on or after the next business day.

    4. Payment Confirmation
      ・We will confirm your payment according to your chosen payment method. If you are using a pre-payment method, please make your payment to our designated account within one week of placing your order.

    5. Product Shipment
      ・Orders received by 9:30 AM on weekdays (by 12:00 PM on weekdays for next-day delivery) will generally be shipped on the same day, provided payment has been confirmed and the item is in stock.
      ・Pre-ordered items will be shipped around the estimated shipping date stated on the product page.
      ・If you purchase "immediately available items" and "pre-ordered items" at the same time, they will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items arrive.
      ・If you wish to have only the immediately available items shipped first, separate shipping fees will apply to both the immediately available items and the pre-ordered items.
      ・The free shipping threshold (6,600 yen) is applied based on the product price per shipment.

    6. Shipment Completion Email
      ・Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment completion email containing the tracking number for your package. For changes to the delivery date and time after the "Shipment Completion Email" has been sent, please directly contact the shipping company using the "tracking number" provided.

    7. Product Arrival
      ・Once your product arrives, please check its condition.

    8. We would appreciate it if you could write a product review, as it helps us improve our store operations and product planning in the future.
    How to Use Coupons

    We distribute coupons to help you enjoy more affordable shopping. Please feel free to use them.

    Code-based [Coupons]
    These coupons require you to enter a code. When used, the discount will be automatically applied to the regular price, and the final discounted price will be displayed on the order confirmation screen.
    Please obtain a coupon and set it to be used when placing your order.

    About Receipts

    Receipts will be enclosed with the product shipment. If you require one, please specify the recipient and purpose in the "Message to Store" field on the payment page.

    About Product Consolidation

    Consolidation is possible for all items except those marked "Cannot be consolidated".
    If you wish to consolidate with an existing order, we will put the shipment on hold. Please contact us by 12 PM on the next day for orders placed after 12 PM, or by 12 PM on the same day for orders placed before 12 PM.

    When placing an additional order, the consolidation condition is that the [Name], [Address], [Payment Method], and [Delivery Method] must all match.
    Please note that we cannot consolidate orders if the shipping preparations have already been completed.

    About Holding Orders

    The holding period is one week from the order date.
    If you wish to hold an order, please indicate your preference in the "Message to Store" field on the payment page, referring to the examples below.

    About Order Cancellation / Order Content Changes

    Order cancellations and changes to order content are possible before shipping procedures begin.

    Due to system limitations, changes to payment methods may not be possible for anything other than cash on delivery, bank transfer, postal transfer, or convenience store payment.

    Please note that order cancellations cannot be accepted after 11:30 AM on the scheduled shipping day. If shipping arrangements have already been made, we will handle it as a return or exchange.

    We offer gift wrapping for a fee.

    About Returns and Exchanges

    Return and Exchange Conditions

    Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

    • If 15 days or more have passed since the product arrival date and no application has been made via the return/exchange form.
    • Items that cannot be returned or exchanged after opening, such as innerwear, swimwear, and yoga mats.
    • Items that have been opened and used, or show signs of use.
    • If perfume, tobacco, or other odors have adhered to the product due to trying it on, or if the product has scratches, stains, fraying, deformation, or other damage.
    • Items that have been cleaned, washed, or processed such as hemming.
    • Items without packaging (bags, cases, tags) or accessories.
    • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the page in advance.
    • Joint purchase items, auction items, and sale items.
    • Outlet/sale items.
    ※While we make every effort to inspect products thoroughly, please be sure to inspect them before use.
    ※For exchanges, only exchanges for the same product's size or color are possible.

    Cooling-off Period
    Under law, there is no cooling-off period for mail-order sales, so contracts cannot be cancelled through cooling-off.

    In Cases Deemed Malicious
    If a customer repeatedly returns or exchanges items, or refuses to accept deliveries for personal reasons, and we determine that they do not understand our operating policy, we may, unfortunately, decline future orders or returns.

    • Please note that shipping and handling fees incurred for product returns due to customer convenience will be borne by the customer.

    • The shipping of exchanged items is managed separately from regular orders. Consolidated shipping is not possible.
    Procedure after Product Return and Refund

    ◆◆In case of exchange◆◆

      • Exchanged items will be shipped after we confirm the returned item from the customer and change the billing amount.
      • If there is a difference in product price, we will bill or refund using the payment method used for the original order.
      • In principle, exchanges are for the same product. However, if you wish to exchange for a different product and the product price differs from your original order, we will bill you again for the difference. (Please note that exchanges where the difference is a negative amount are not possible.)
    If an exchange item cannot be prepared due to stockout, etc., we will issue a refund.
    <Exchange Item Shipping Fee>

    A shipping fee of 660 yen (330 yen for mail service) for the exchange item will be added to your credit card bill. The exchange item will then be shipped.

    ●For cash on delivery payments
    Only the shipping fee of 660 yen + cash on delivery fee of 330 yen for the exchange item will be arranged for cash on delivery.     ●For bank, postal, or convenience store payments We will send you a transfer guide for the shipping fee of 660 yen (330 yen for mail service) + settlement fee of 216 yen for the exchange item. After confirming your payment, we will arrange for the exchange item to be shipped.

    • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
    • Due to accounting procedures, please understand that it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
    • The transfer name may be "Irox Co., Ltd."
    • Notification of refund completion will be replaced by the refund itself.

    Product Defects/Incorrect Deliveries

    Returns/Exchanges due to product defects or incorrect deliveries Please contact us within 14 days of product arrival if any of the following apply:

    • If you received a product different from what you ordered
    • If the product is damaged, dirty, scratched, etc.
    • (However, this does not apply to product defects if it is stated on the product page in advance, such as for outlet products.)
