At "Pilates Alliance," we offer private sessions and small-group classes.
For clients who are new to Pilates, as well as those with previous experience, we offer private sessions tailored to their individual goals, such as maintaining health, training, improving physical function, or weight loss.
We take into account the client's physical condition on the day and create a program while engaging in thorough conversation with them.
Our clients range widely in age, from their 20s to their 90s.

You can experience Pilates sessions led by "Peak Pilates Instructors," an international Pilates brand with a central presence in US Pilates and operations in 21 countries worldwide.

When I first introduced ToeSox to the studio, I wasn't sure if clients would accept grip and five-toe socks because they were more expensive than regular socks. However, I thought the designs were cute and that clients would love them, so I decided to introduce them.
Once we placed them in the store, the highly stylish, grip-equipped socks, which assist with Pilates exercises, quickly became an essential item for our Pilates clients.
