As a midwife and nurse at a comprehensive perinatal center handling 1,500 deliveries annually, she supported many women. This experience led her to realize the importance of supporting women throughout all life stages. She discovered Pilates as an effective mind and body care method and began her path as an instructor.
Leveraging her knowledge in medicine, health, and beauty, she established STUDIO LUNA, dedicated to helping women prioritize themselves and live beautiful, healthy lives.

History
I worked in perinatal medicine as a midwife and nurse at a comprehensive perinatal center that handles approximately 1,500 deliveries per year.
Through my interactions with many women as a midwife, I often felt a pang of regret that there were no concrete ways to address the mental and physical ailments of postpartum women.
After searching for various methods, I found Pilates.
I intuitively felt, "This is it!" and immediately enrolled in an instructor training course, which led me to where I am today.
Currently, I manage two Pilates studios.

These are the thoughts I have when interacting with clients every day.
Our clients range widely in age, from their teens to their 60s. In addition to general women, our studio's appeal lies in providing an environment where prenatal and postpartum women, who often struggle to find suitable places elsewhere, can attend.
Clients who want to move actively, those with high aesthetic awareness, and those with high health consciousness come to our lessons.
We strive to provide high-quality service to these highly motivated individuals.

To allow mothers with small children to focus on their own time and attend with peace of mind, our studio has a separate nursery room with resident babysitters.
Additionally, supervised by a midwife, we accept pregnant women.
We've received a lot of positive feedback about the appeal of offering group lessons in addition to one-on-one sessions. Many clients return early after childbirth, utilizing our childcare service because they feel the need for exercise. Such reunions bring us much joy and happiness.
In the future, we aim to expand our services for women beyond fitness like Pilates and yoga. (We also plan to open a beauty salon.)
Furthermore, while I continue to teach as an instructor, I want to focus on services for pregnant women and children, aiming to create synergistic effects through our initiatives.
