Studio Concept and Features
"A bilingual studio where you can experience lessons like those in authentic New York studios."
History
About 20 years ago, I was working in a job with a lot of overtime and suffered from sciatica.
It all started when a colleague recommended machine Pilates to me in Singapore in 2005.
After that, I traveled back and forth between Japan and Singapore and gave birth to two children. While raising them, my back pain worsened in 2008, and I decided that I had to do something! It's not just my body! I started attending personal training and Pilates training.
I continued almost every day, and as I did Pilates, my herniated disc and sciatica improved so much that I forgot about them. Around 2010, my personal trainer at the time asked me to become a partner, and I started studying Pilates/training. During that time, I felt that Pilates was very profound, and my passion for Pilates was reignited.
When I returned to Japan in 2019, I was able to experience the good and bad aspects of the Pilates industry both overseas and in Japan. I feel that I was able to understand this precisely because I had traveled back and forth between Japan and overseas.
That's when I felt a desire to create a better studio for clients as an individual, and established Re-Juvenate Pilates.
Studio Concept
This is a bilingual studio where you can experience lessons like those in authentic New York Pilates studios, on your way home from work or before shopping.
We want to eliminate language barriers as much as possible for people who come to Japan from overseas, so they can attend with peace of mind. Furthermore, it's not just a studio for foreigners; we established a bilingual studio because we want Japanese people to experience international Pilates styles and enjoy practicing Pilates correctly and enthusiastically to improve their bodies.
We want to create a studio where both Japanese and international visitors can feel more comfortable attending.
Why I Chose ToeSox
"The unique design and grip power are completely different from other brands."
It all started when I was attending Pilates in Singapore and saw my instructor wearing ToeSox products, and I decided to try them myself.
My Thoughts on Using ToeSox
The grip is excellent. Although they are consumables, my feet don't slip. They are by far the best at preventing slipping, and the designs are also cute.
Customers who try ToeSox products for the first time often say, "I'm so surprised by the difference in grip," "I'm so impressed after wearing them," and "I'm happy because the designs are cute."
90% of the students who come to the studio wear ToeSox products.
Even those who used to wear cheaper socks are now inseparable from ToeSox once they try them.
