About Custom Orders
Minimum Order: From 150 pairs per design (limited to our specified basic colors)
*Original colors require 1000 pairs or more, with separate setup fees.
Design: Please submit vector files (ai/eps/svg). Please specify logo size and position accurately.
Processing Method: Choose from silk screen printing, embroidery, or jacquard weaving.
Grip (Non-slip): (Standard) Comes with standard grip processing. (Additional fee) Brand/studio name can be added to the grip.
Packaging: Includes standard packaging. (Additional fee) Custom packaging *1000 pairs or more.
Payment Terms: 50% upfront payment (non-refundable) is required at the time of order. The remaining balance will be billed upon shipment. Production quantities may have an error of ±5%, and billing will be based on the actual delivered quantity.
Delivery Time: Approximately 6 to 12 weeks for shipment after design approval and confirmation of advance payment. More time may be required for complex designs or custom packaging specifications. If you have a desired delivery date, please inform us at the time of your request. (For urgent cases) After production at an overseas factory, individual shipments can be made, so we will provide a separate shipping cost estimate. *Added to the final bill.
Sample Confirmation: We will send product photos for confirmation. For orders of 1,000 pairs or more, physical samples can be provided (shipping costs extra).
