In high school, she participated in the Inter-High School Championships as a member of the softball team. After an injury, she decided to become a physical therapist. After obtaining her qualifications, she worked at a general hospital and as a sports trainer for a professional basketball team. While recommending rehabilitation exercises to her patients, she realized the importance of actually exercising herself, and opened a Pilates salon.
